fall
My wife and I recently brought home our newborn daughter; it has been pretty rough. But with a little help from Grandma, we were able to step out on a beautiful fall day for a walk to the lake with snacks on a bench.
Although Korea is a second home, or even a second country for me and my wife, Japan is one of our all-time favorite places to visit. We’ve rarely gone to a country more than once, and typically only because we happen to know someone there. We returned to Japan because the holistic experience is off-the-charts good; the food, people, beauty… Almost nothing compares.
Danny and I occasionally plan walks through interesting parts of the city. Today, it was breakfast followed by wandering through the Washington Arboretum, which I'd never really explored. With this year's more bountiful precipitation, the fall colors are on full display with the sun out once again.
