Fall Walk
My wife and I recently brought home our newborn daughter; it has been pretty rough. But with a little help from Grandma, we were able to step out on a beautiful fall day for a walk to the lake with snacks on a bench.
Cougar Mountain Hike
I spent many hours training, running up and down, around and over Cougar Mountain, but I'd never hiked there. My wife needed some nature therapy today, so we did a five mile loop through some of my favorite running trails as well as some new trails I'd not hit before. On a rare, sunny winter day in Seattle, the moss on the vine maples shone.
Finally Fall
Danny and I occasionally plan walks through interesting parts of the city. Today, it was breakfast followed by wandering through the Washington Arboretum, which I'd never really explored. With this year's more bountiful precipitation, the fall colors are on full display with the sun out once again.
UW Campus Roam with Danny
My good friend, Danny, and I walked around UW's campus and snapped a few frames. Check out what he did!
I just wanted one blossom photo this year. Most trees were already bare, but I did find this beauty (as did everyone else with a camera, it seemed).
